Quickstart with iwy.ai
This guide will walk you through creating your first conversational AI agent. The entire process takes less than 30 seconds from signup to live agent.Step 1: Create Your Account
Visit app.iwy.ai and sign up.No credit card required to get started. You’ll receive free credits to test your first agent.
Step 2: Configure Your Agent
Once logged in, you’ll see the agent configuration dashboard. Configure your agent across four layers:Character & Appearance
- Choose an Avatar: Select from pre-made characters or bring your own
- Animation Style: Choose between avatars ranging from photorealistic humans to animated characters
Voice & Speech
- Select a Voice: Choose from hundreds of natural-sounding voices
- Language: Set primary language or enable multi-language support
Intelligence & Personality
- LLM Model: Choose between OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini and more providers based on your needs
- Personality: Define your agent’s conversational style and expertise
- System Prompt: Write instructions that guide your agent’s behavior
- Knowledge Base: Integrate custom information your agent should know about
- Tools: Connect external APIs and services to give your agent new abilities.
- MCP: Use the Model Context Protocol to standardize how your agent uses tools.
Listening & Understanding
- Speech Recognition: Configure accuracy and language detection
- Context Memory: Set how much conversation history to remember
- Intelligent Interruption Handling: Allow users to interrupt the agent naturally. Configurable.
